With the flexibility to exercise package upgrade options, customers can maximise the efficient utilisation of SAP AMS services, aligning it to their planned and unplanned needs, with potential savings of up to 30% on their SAP AMS costs. Anchored in ITIL based processes, SLA driven commitments and Sonata’s SAP AMS certified status, the quality and reliability of service is a big value add that is further assured to customers. Sonata is also offering customers free service assessment and technical advisory value adds to help them evaluate the ideal package for their needs from this offering.
