Oracle has launched a portfolio of over 80 industry-specific application solutions, as part of the company’s global Accelerate programme, aimed at penetrating the Indian SMB market.
According to Adrian Johnston, vice president, Application Product Solutions, Asia Pacific, “The solutions are a bundle of the company’s existing products that have been integrated on a single platform after studying customised needs of the SMB sector.”
In a bid to provide efficient deployments, faster returns on investments and reduced risks, Oracle applications including e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, JD Edwards Enterprise One and Siebel are combined with Oracle Business Accelerators.
“The move is a part of our global Accelerate program to meet diverse IT requirements of SMBs by combining partner expertise with Oracle applications and technology solutions,” Johnston added.
