Cipher Dynamics IT Services, a Microsoft certified partner, has started its India operations, with an eye on the SMB section. The company is offering a range of software solutions and services under Microsoft Dynamics.
Speaking on the Indian foray, Alan Kahn, CEO, Cipher Dynamics says, “We are interested to work with the Indian SMBs as they constitute the major portion of Indian markets. Through our customised Microsoft Dynamics solution, we will be able to address their pain points along with 60% to 70% cost savings. Cipher Dynamics works with its business partners to provide services that span from strategy consulting to implementing, development and deployment of IT solutions specifically around the Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Collaboration and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to its customers.
Cipher Dynamics plans to work with existing Microsoft CRM partners in India to expand its reach in the first phase. It has also launched DynamicsADvantage, a consolidated business solution for media companies. The company is targeting one million dollar revenue by the end of its second year of operations.
The company is targeting a 20%-40% increase in its development centre work force within a year. Says Kahn, “Along with the media and publishing industry we are targeting the financial, retail and hospitality sectors in India. Our local presence with global expertise will help Indian SMBs get world class products and services at competitive prices so that they can compete with the global players.”
