Sendouts, a provider of staffing and recruiting software, has announced the release of Sendouts Surge. Surge is an evolution of Sendouts Pro and comes with a completely re-designed user interface enabling recruiting professionals to spend less time managing their software and more time focusing on building relationships with clients and candidates.
The new user interface for Sendouts Surge provides recruiting professionals with the ability to navigate through the application faster, perform complex tasks, source and customise their database easily.
Sendouts Surge also includes some new sourcing solutions. The first among these, Sendouts Recon lets you source while you sleep; it can automatically source up to 11,000 free and paid job boards for candidates that match job orders in your system. Moving on, the solution called SuperFind enables a global search that searches on any record within your database from anywhere while SourcePro enables real-time integration that allows you to access the Yahoo! Hotjobs massive resume database.
“Recruiting firms spoke, and we listened. We had one goal when creating Sendouts Surge: create a balance of features and ease of use,” said Rick Hall, chief technology officer, Sendouts Surge. As per company claims, Surge promises to deliver increased performance with 20 percent less clicks than other applicant tracking systems through 55 new productivity enhancements.
Additionally, Sendouts Surge is introducing Sendouts University.
