BPM company Savvion has announced the opening of a new software development and R&D centre in Coimbatore. The Coimbatore centre is Savvion’s second software development centre in India and will complement its present centre in Mumbai.
Kaushal Mashruwala, managing director, Savvion India, said, “Savvion has been in India for over a decade now and is one of the earliest software product companies to invest in a software development centre in India. Over the years, Savvion has mastered geographically distributed product development and service delivery capabilities. We selected Coimbatore after careful review of various locations. Coimbatore has well-known engineering institutes and access to a large engineering pool.”
The development team at Coimbatore will work in close co-operation with the teams in Silicon Valley, California, and Mumbai to continue delivering Savvion’s comprehensive Business Process Management Suite of software solutions.
