SANRAD, an Israel-based Storage Area Network (SAN) company has decided to launch its operations in India, to tap the enterprises and SMB SAN market. The company will be headquartered in New Delhi.
Commenting on the plans, Yoram Sherman, director (International Sales) of SANRAD, Israel, stated, “We intend to capitalise our technological competence to deliver solutions to address the demands of the enterprise class businesses and organisations in India. Also, we want to ensure a low TCO to enable even the SMB segment to benefit from our technology.”
SANRAD delivers IP SAN solutions with network-based storage services including virtualisation, data migration across disparate storage systems within a SAN, etc. SANRAD’s solution allows deployment of a heterogeneous storage environment and implementation of tiered-storage.
