The major impediment for this entrepreneurial set up towards retail operation monitoring and distribution was easy report generation, global customisation of report and tracking exact inventory with the previous IT solutions. SAP solutions enabled Ronak overcome the challenges and meet its objective of expanding ambit across the country.
The solution has significantly improved in controlling the total inventory cost at various warehouse locations, intelligent purchase processing, streamlining workflow across sales and easy reporting of history data helped in effective and quick decision making.
