Axcend, an enterprise Manufacturing IT solution provider, will be responsible for expanding the market for QAD’s products. The move aims to synergise QAD’s range of ERP solutions like CRM, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Asset Management, Transportation Management etc. with Axcend’s knowledge and reach of the automotive, industrial machinery, auto components and consumer goods industries.

With their core domain knowledge and niche software development abilities with manufacturing execution systems and real time connectivity to shop floor they will be able to deliver QAD’s ERP solutions to the Indian industry, thus providing the Indian manufacturing industry the advantage that QAD offers its customers,” commented QAD’s spokesperson Gary Flum, general mnager- Advanced Manufacturing Solutions.
In a similar vein, Axcend’s spokesperson Uma Balakrishnan, CEO reiterated, “Axcend’s deep knowledge of the discrete manufacturing domain and ERP requirements of the different Indian industry verticals coupled with the range of QAD’s products will forge a strong strategic partnership.”
