IBM has announced that Pyro, has engaged IBM as the strategic partner in a US$ 19 million engagement over a period of 5 years. As a strategic advisor IBM will help Pyro with the development, testing, and management of its large portfolio of various products and solutions as well as value added services (VAS) in telecom industry domain.

IBM’s proven technology expertise will also enable us to increase our resource utilization, adopt best industry practices, and change methodologies effectively,” said S M Reddy, CEO, Pyro Group.
During the course of the multiyear engagement, IBM will be responsible for providing application development, testing and management services, along with offering its deep expertise in the telecom domain. IBM will also help Pyro in establishing industry best practices in terms of project management and knowledge management by bringing in improved processes, methodologies and standards.
