Progress Software Corporation, a software provider that enables enterprises to be operationally responsive, has announced the expansion of its existing development centre in Hyderabad and Mumbai. With this expansion, Progress will have space at the iLabs Campus, Madhapur with a capacity to accommodate a total of 450 employees and a new Office at R-Tech Park at Mumbai with the capacity to accommodate 170 employees. The new facility was inaugurated by Richard D. Reidy, President and Chief Executive Officer, Progress Software Corporation.
Progress Software’s Development Centre in Hyderabad is organised around Centre of Expertise (COE) for technology horizontals that specialise in a specific technology working on multiple product lines and leveraging the shared expertise, insights and scale. Over the last six years, Progress Software has invested significantly to build office infrastructure and accommodate the growing employee base.
Several Progress Software products and solutions including Savvion BPM, Progress Apama, Progress Actional and Progress Sonic are developed and supported out of India R&D and development centres in Hyderabad and Mumbai. These products form a key component of the Progress RPM solution that enables businesses to become more operationally responsive.
