Our customer driven development programme continues with a new software release that features three plans tailored to different customer needs.
The latest version of ProActive Software’s project and time management application ProWorkflow (version 6.0) has been released. It incorporates a new range of features, more flexibility and an enhanced user experience. This new release of ProWorkflow introduces three-tiered plans with corresponding pricing, enabling customers to increase cost efficiency by selecting the plan that best meets their needs.
“It has been over a year since our last major version change,” says Julian Stone, CEO, ProActive Software. He adds, “We have bundled a number of major enhancements in the product and can now offer our customers a choice of options to better suit their needs.”
“We have put up three plans and we are convinced they will better fit individual customers than the old ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach”, says Stone.
“Our development team surpassed our test customer expectations in this release,” says Stone. “Whilst version 5 was delivering great ROI to users, we saw our customer base falling into small, medium and corporate clients, all throwing up different needs and priorities. So we targeted a feature set and price at each customer group.”
Version 6 enhancements include a new onscreen alerting system, events, hierarchy, resource reports and AJAX interface modifications. As an industry first Version 6 also includes a powerful custom reporting engine.
