Polaris Software, a Financial Technology Company, has announced the launch of IntellectTM Customer Business eXchange (CBX). A multichannel offering extending access of products and services across multiple channels, IntellectTM CBX is built on the industry standard J2EE framework with highly parameterised and component-based design for better scalability and easy integration with existing systems in the bank as well as corporate ERP systems.
CBX has been built for the primary purpose of expanding a bank’s/financial institutions ability to generate more transaction and fee based income. It enables them to wire their premium corporate customers to the Banking Financial Technology Grid (FT GRID) seamlessly, and in a secure and integrated manner. The security subsystem of the framework interfaces with any existing security infrastructure in place and thereby controls any further capital expenditure.
CBX helps in reducing the development cycle time since it can be applied for any new vertical that needs to be enabled on the Internet, thereby allowing focus to remain only on the vertical specific requirements. Banks and Financial Institutions can utilise CBX for corporate customers and provide them with a single entry into the complete suite or mix of corporate products and services such as Liquidity management, Treasury, Trade, Custody and Payments.
“IntellectTM CBX is the 6th generation, highly modular and flexible platform that can enable banks & financial institutions offer products online as a point solution or offer a complete range as an integrated or unified portal. Its secure and robust framework offers a highly efficient business and processing services layer and ensures consolidated portfolio access and KPI for informed decisions across business verticals. We are confident that this technology will revolutionise the corporate banking sector,” said Arun Jain, Chairman & CEO, Polaris Software Lab Ltd.
