Oracle Enhances Siebel eBilling And Analytics Applications

Oracle has announced the release of Siebel Communications Billing Manager 5.1.1 and Siebel Communications Billing Analytics 5.1.1. These new versions of Siebel’s Self-Service Solutions are aimed at helping customers cut costs by providing them with online access to billing data and advanced reporting capabilities. The new Siebel eBilling Manager 5.1.1 now includes convergent bill presentment functionality to easily link multiple services within one self-service experience and increased scalability for large business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) accounts.

Oracle has announced the release of Siebel Communications Billing Manager 5.1.1 and Siebel Communications Billing Analytics 5.1.1. These new versions of Siebel’s Self-Service Solutions are aimed at helping customers cut costs by providing them with online access to billing data and advanced reporting capabilities.

The new Siebel eBilling Manager 5.1.1 now includes convergent bill presentment functionality to easily link multiple services within one self-service experience and increased scalability for large business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) accounts.

The Siebel Communication Billing Analytics 5.1.1 allows users to create accurate historical and trend reports across billing periods with version’s hierarchy capabilities.

The application is also said to enable customers to conduct “what if” analysis with real-time updates between business hierarchies and reports as well as distribute access to information throughout the organization with hierarchical and role based reporting features.

Touting the newly enhanced offerings, William Hou, Vice President of CRM Self-Service Products said, “Our self-service and ebilling solutions are unique in their ability to improve customer service and increase customer loyalty while helping to reduce the overall cost of serving customers. And, as this release shows, we’ll only continue to develop our commitment to them.”
