Nihilent Implements LAMAT At Demag Cranes And Components

Nihilent, a global consulting and solutions integration company has implemented LAMAT, its strategy execution and performance management product for the first time in India at Demag Cranes and Components. The tool enables Demag India to get a holistic and balanced view of business performance at all levels and align the key performance measures with the organisation’s vision and strategy.
