Newgen Software In Ovum Decision Matrix Report 2011

Newgen Software, a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions has announced its inclusion in the Ovum Decision Matrix Report 2011 as one of the top three ‘value for money’ BPM vendors and ranked fourth overall on the user sentiment dimension.. The report states that the greatest strength of Newgen’s BPM suite is its ability to support content-heavy processes. It goes on to point out two other distinct aspects of Newgen’s BPM suite – its long history of working with SAP applications and its professional services arm.

The report highlights the unique qualities of the suite like its flexibility, scalability and global business readiness. The report also made special mention of two elements of the suite’s roadmap namely Cloud-hosted BPM and Case Management.
