NetIQ announced the general availability of Identity Manager 4.5 -- its latest identity and access management (IAM) offering. NetIQ Identity Manager 4.5 unleashes the power of identity, providing customers with a user-friendly self-service interface for access request and approval.

Backed by automated identity and access provisioning processes, Identity Manager 4.5 satisfies both user desire for self-service IT, as well as auditor requirements, the company claimed.
