NEC Launches Multi-Sync Monitors, Video Wall Units For Enteprises

The multisync LCD monitor X461UN is best suited for video wall applications required in broadcast purposes and corporate displays.

NEC Launches Multi-Sync Monitors, Video Wall Units For Enteprises

NEC India organised a three city road show to display its enterprise technology products. The products were demonstrated in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi as a part of this initiative. During the roadshow, NEC India announced the launch of its multi-sync LCD monitor – X461UN – best suited for video wall applications required in broadcast purposes, corporate displays, control/ monitor room applications, customer experience centres, Retail Malls etc. The roadshow was attended by key System Integrator partners and end customers in all three cities.

One of the interesting Digital Signage solutions announced, the ‘Panel Director’ enables display of advertisements and in-store promotions, breaking news, announcements and timetables. This may especially be relevant to the hospitality/ retail sector.

So what is the distinguishing factor that makes it relevant to enterprises? “Its design makes it highly reliable and it incorporates a professional grade panel with an in-built expansion slot enabling convenience & flexibility. It can be used continuously in a 24/7 environment,” says Sanjay Dhuria, Country Head–Display Products and Solutions, NEC India.

The display can be deployed in video wall matrices of up to 10x10 (100 displays), creating a total surface area of approximately 645 sq ft. The barely discernable transition gap between displays ensures a homogenous picture across the matrix and can be used for online conferencing and telepresence meetings.
