Mahindra Satyam, Intertek Partner For Smart Grid Testing

Mahindra Satyam, a leading global consulting and IT services provider, has announced that signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Intertek, an international provider of testing, inspection and certification services, to collaborate on Smart Grid-focused testing and engineering activities. The MOU outlines plans to jointly improve advisory, inspection and certification services, enhancing Mahindra Satyam’s efforts to deliver end–to-end engineering solutions to smart grid clients.

Mahindra Satyam will begin integrating Intertek’s satellite Program in laboratories to conform to current smart grid industry standards and regulations. Under the agreement, Mahindra Satyam will serve as Intertek’s partner for testing various industry standards in the smart grid business vertical.

The MOU between Mahindra Satyam and Intertek will streamline the process by which the two companies cooperate on projects for the automotive, aerospace and consumer electronics industries, while also enhancing services offerings for customers.
