Lifetree Signs Channel License Agreement With BEA

Lifetree Convergence, a global software company providing IT solutions announced the signing of a Channel License agreement for deploying BEA AquaLogic Service Bus and BEA WebLogic Portal to power its proprietary Sales and Service framework Concierge. This platform will address the critical billing and service requirements of telecom operators.

The Concierge platform is a customisable and ready to use framework that integrates the legacy multiple and disparate BSS (Billing Support System)/OSS (Operational Support System) systems to offer a single front-end window thereby providing an integrated customer care interface.
