Level Platforms Integrates ESET Into Managed Services Offering

ESET, a proactive threat protection provider, has announced a partnership with Level Platforms, a provider of remote monitoring and management (RMM) software, to provide an interface for ESET’s NOD32 Business Edition. This partnership gives the more than 3,000 IT solution providers worldwide, who are using Level Platforms’ Managed Workplace to deliver managed services to small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) the ability to have instant access to ESET’s security solutions directly from Managed Workplace’s Web-based central dashboard. The integration with Level Platforms marks ESET’s official entry into the managed services provider (MSP) market.

Managed Workplace allows IT solution providers to detect and resolve technical problems before they impact customer environments, enabling them to provide better security, lower costs and enhanced operational efficiency.

By integrating with Level Platforms’ Managed Workplace, ESET channel partners, who want to provide managed services solutions to their customers, can continue offering ESET’s proactive threat protection, while existing Level Platforms Partners are now able to easily add ESET’s advanced anti-virus protection to their existing managed services offerings.
