Kronos Incorporated has announced that it has successfully implemented its workforce management solution at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., India’s leading pharmaceutical company. This solution will help Dr. Reddy’s manage workforce-related compliance issues, provide centralised workforce visibility and control, and better manage a variety of labour regulations by automating employee scheduling, time and attendance, and absence management processes.
