Kronos Incorporated has announced that it has successfully implemented its workforce management solution at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., India’s leading pharmaceutical company. This solution will help Dr. Reddy’s manage workforce-related compliance issues, provide centralised workforce visibility and control, and better manage a variety of labour regulations by automating employee scheduling, time and attendance, and absence management processes.

Centralised visibility to aspects like social compliance and employee availability were key reasons for Dr. Reddy’s choosing Kronos.
