IBM’s ECM solutions will help K Raheja Corp create a road to good governance, compliance driven processes and documentation. They will also be able to exercise control and build related business processes with the document and folder level security at all levels. They will be able to keep and access important documents, drawings, emails and contracts for longer duration, including refer and re-use learning from old project documents as a knowledge base for future projects. “Over the years we have been looking to improve our management of multiple format documents. These documents can be stored in archives or a point of reference for any future use of the documents. IBM’s solution understands that need and will help us transform our document management system across verticals,” said Manoj Sharma - Sr VP & Head - Operations, K Raheja Corp.

With Datacap, IBM will help K Raheja Corp capture documents and turn them into digital images, extract information from them, and insert images and meta-data into a repository. IBM’s FileNet Content Manager will store and manage documents, images and almost every kind of content for client. IBM FileNet Business Process Manager will help create, maintain, execute business processes and automatically route document images based on content, context and user input.
