Jet Airways Launches Mobile Airline App For BlackBerry 10

Jet Airways, India's premier international airline, has announced the launch of its mobile application exclusively designed for BlackBerry 10 smartphones. The mobile application allows customers to conveniently book tickets, check flight status, manage their JetPrivilege account and enjoy special promotional offers, among other features.

The native mobile application is now available for download on the BlackBerry World storefront for BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10 smartphones.

The Jet Airways mobile application leverages the BlackBerry 10 platform’s innovative features, design and gesture support making it an extremely useful tool for customers through every part of their journey.

The application offers a convenient booking and secure payment process via credit card and also allows customers to easily save and access their booked itinerary. Other salient features include real time flight status with the option to search using the flight number, airport or route, registration for receiving real time flight status notification, and the ability to share special offers and news updates with other customers on BlackBerry Messenger (BBM).

The application has been awarded the Built for BlackBerry certification by BlackBerry- a symbol of assurance for quality, performance and security.
