New Jersey-based Intelligroup, a global provider of business consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, is set to enter the telecom expense management (TEM) space soon.
The $125-million company, whose core competency currently lies in life sciences, consumer products, high-tech and manufacturing verticals, has already initiated talks with a couple of vendors – including Toronto-based Avotus Corporation – that have been providing TEM solutions globally.
“TEM, the market for which is rapidly growing worldwide, is relatively a new area for us. We are holding discussions with two TEM vendors, and our idea is to utilise the TEM platform of one of these companies, develop customised solutions and deliver the same to the end-users,” said Alok Pant, vice-president (global marketing and alliances), Intelligroup.
According to him, the company’s strategy is to leverage its clientele-base to give a major push to its TEM solutions.
“Intelligroup has around 300 active customers at any given time in a year. Initially, our focus will be to take these solutions to our existing customers. We expect to role out our TEM solutions by this fiscal end,” Pant said.
