Infotech Enterprises Limited (IEL), a technology solutions provider, with global headquarters at Hyderabad and Dassault Aviation, a player in the civil and military aviation industry, have signed an MoU at Dassault Aviation headquarters in France to jointly collaborate and perform activities related to the Ministry of Defense, Government of India proposed Medium Multi Role Combat Aircraft (MMRCA) offset programme. This programme is strategically very important and is one of the largest Indian defense programmes.
Under the agreement, Infotech will be a technology partner to Dassault Aviation and will provide business-driven solutions performing engineering, defense-related business processes and IT services to help Dassault Aviation satisfy offset obligations. The term on the MoU is for five years and can be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.
