Informatica Announces Cloud Support For Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Informatica Corporation, the independent provider of data integration software, has announced that Informatica Cloud now provides native support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. An award-winning multitenant cloud integration service, Informatica Cloud is available on the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace and the Informatica Marketplace.

Using Informatica Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers can now leverage market-leading cloud integration technology to easily synchronise their CRM data with on-premise back-office applications such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Oracle EBS and SAP, as well as databases, other cloud applications and social data sources. In doing so, organisations are able to create a comprehensive real-time view of customer, product and order information to help power more effective sales, marketing and customer support activities and comprehensive analytics.

As a multitenant cloud service, Informatica Cloud currently integrates more than 21 billion records and processes, and over four and a half million cloud data integration jobs per month for customers of all sizes. Through its graphical point-and-click user interface, the cloud integration service provides line of business users with quick and easy self-service capabilities while ensuring IT organisations are able to retain a high degree of governance and control.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online users can take advantage of Informatica Cloud for a broad range of data integration use cases including customer and product master data synchronisation, order history integration and Opportunity-to-Order process integration. In addition to enabling a single view of customer information, Informatica Cloud can help Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, quote correct list prices to prospects, eliminate duplicate data entry, fulfill orders more quickly and accurately and accelerate cash flow by identifying delinquent accounts, among other benefits.
