They can also choose from flexible support solutions that best fit their specific requirements.
The HP Software Premier Services portfolio consists of four service offerings which include Premier Response which addresses issues through technical support experts, Premier Advisory that improves solution adoption by providing maintenance for customised and third-party integrations while developing strategies to optimise new releases and upgrades. The Premier Team Extend enables to outsource routine operational tasks and maintenance to HP. The Premier Business prevents support issues with a dedicated HP Enterprise Services Manager.
