GroupM (India) has partnered SureWaves for helping them set up a Dedicated Digital Display Network for Employee Engagement as part of their core HR Strategy.
The GroupM (India) HR team has undertaken numerous initiatives under its communication umbrella ‘mConnect’, which symbolises active engagement for its employees, and these displays enable collective learning, knowledge sharing and growth for employees of GroupM.
Covering the 10 GroupM offices across India with 40+ screens, which are located inside workspaces, the SureWaves communication solution serves as a tool for building the Dedicated Digital Display Network called the ‘mConnect Channel’ for employees of GroupM. With mConnect’s commitment to ‘engage’ employees and provide for collective learning and knowledge sharing, the SureWaves Media Grid serves as the backbone powering this network and enabling broadcast and narrow cast capabilities on this dedicated network.
Managed from a central location remotely this network showcases employee targeted minisodes and programmes, internal case studies, award-winning campaigns, newsletters from employees alongwith employee engagement content like Slam Book, Birthday updates, messages from the GroupM HR desk, GroupM leader profiles, recent news updates etc.
The network also showcases a content mesh-up of utility content specially syndicated by SureWaves, which provides media news and entertainment updates, coupled with some trivia like Demystifying Digital Media etc that add value to employees at GroupM. As part of the content syndication initiative, SureWaves has partnered TAM India and broadcasts updates on AdEx, TAM & RAM data in partnership with TAM India.
