Forrester Names Capgemini Strong Performer In Salesforce.com Implementation Services

Capgemini, the provider of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has announced that it has been placed in the Strong Performers category in an independent report about Salesforce.com Implementation Services Q2 2013 by Forrester Research, Inc.

According to the report, “Capgemini has a dominant presence working with Salesforce.com customers in Europe, where more than 50 percent of its client base in Salesforce.com projects is headquartered. Capgemini balances digital disruption with deep technology and platform expertise.” The report also states: “Larger multinationals like [another provider] and Capgemini have leapfrogged some of the competition through significant investment and dedicated focus on the needs of salesforce.com buyers.”

Vikrant Karnik, in charge of the Salesforce.com global alliance at Capgemini and head of sales for enterprise cloud services said, “We are delighted to be positioned in the strong performers’ category by Forrester. We believe that it is a testament to our efforts to continually grow our Salesforce.com practices at a rapid rate —winning new clients as well as building on our vast existing relationships worldwide.”
