In an attempt to woo enterprise users, Facebook has launched a new Business Manager tool that helps large businesses and advertisers manage their Facebook Pages, apps, ad accounts and permissions, all from one place - business.facebook.com.
The social networking giant tested Business Manager with select companies over the last month and expects to roll it out internationally within a few weeks, the company said in a
blogpost.

“Business Manager integrates all your Facebook advertising campaign management efforts into one tool. It’s designed to simplify your marketing efforts,” Facebook added.
According to Facebook’s claims, by simplifying the large volume of advertising and marketing work that agencies and large enterprises manage, Business Manager is built to help advertisers work better and faster.
“With one click, admins can add new people to ad accounts and Pages, greatly reducing the time it takes to set up and manage marketing efforts. For employees and external partners, Business Manager makes it easy to find the things they’re working on,” the company added.
For those who handle advertising for their businesses, Business Manager will show the pages, ad accounts, and apps linked to their brand. They will also see the people on their teams who can access these assets to do their job as well as external partners such as agencies or preferred marketing developers (PMDs) with access to their pages, ad accounts and apps.
For those who work at an ad agency, the tool will show them all the pages, ad accounts and apps that clients have allowed them to access. They will also see the people on their teams who have access to them.
No messing up personal accounts
Facebook is also making sure that personal and professional Facebook identities don’t get mixed. Business Manager can be accessed by logging in with a personal Facebook username and password to verify identity, but nothing from a personal Facebook account will show on the business profile.
Co-workers in Business Manager won’t be able to see a user’s personal profile picture or personal posts and photos. They’ll see only the pages and ad accounts they have permission to work on and the email address chosen to use in the business.
