EMC Corporation, a provider of information infrastructure solutions, has announced that Gartner has placed it in the “Leaders” quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for Storage Resource Management and SAN Management Software, 2007” report. EMC addresses this market with its Resource Management portfolio, which includes EMC ControlCentre, Smarts, and VisualSRM software families.
