Elucido has announced the launch of an integrated software platform – the Elucido Learning and Collaboration System (ELCS). A SaaS based solution for Education Institutes and Corporates, ELCS simplifies the teaching and learning process by enabling remote collaboration and efficient delivery and management of content across all classrooms and physical devices via the internet.
The ELCS has a built-in comprehensive Content Management System (CMS), basic Learning Management System (LMS) features and several built-in tools for enhancing teacher productivity and student learning.
“Real time audio, video & content based collaboration, content delivery, instant student assessment and easy integration with popular Learning Management systems are just some of the features of this highly scalable technology platform.” said Rajat Rakkhit, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Elucido.
“This is a first-of-its-kind solution where a single teacher can now teach students in geographically distributed classrooms while effectively retaining all traditional classroom interaction attributes across the network.
A key component in our solution is a floating interactive surface that enables collaborative annotation on digital content by teachers and students during the lesson delivery; be it on interactive whiteboards in classrooms or on physical devices like laptops, tablets and PCs.
We ensure that participants can experience teaching and learning in our connected environment as comfortably as being in a single physical classroom” he added.
Recently launched, Elucido’s solution, the ELCS already has several customers and multiple deployments across the country including tier 3 cities, in environments ranging from Education Institutions to Corporates. It offers an end-to-end teaching and learning solution that is deployable with basic hardware – an Interactive whiteboard, PC/ laptop, web camera and an internet connection.
The ELCS, with its real-time remote collaboration engine coupled with assessment and productivity tools, has the ability to significantly enrich the teaching and learning experience across education institutes and enterprises.
