ECS Achieves Oracle Exadata Optimised And Oracle Exalogic Optimised Status

ElectraCard Services (ECS) has announced that it has earned Oracle Exadata Optimised and Oracle Exalogic Optimised status through Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), demonstrating that electraSWITCH iTx series has been tested and tuned on Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud to deliver speed, scalability and reliability to customers. ECS’ electraSWITCH iTx series achieved 12000+ TPS (transactions per second) on Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud, representing a 3x performance improvement compared to previous tests on competing platforms. Eliminating bottlenecks and maximising the price performance has also resulted in optimal TCO. The electraSWITCH iTx series is the latest innovation in the evolutionary progression of the electra EFT switch platform that drives ATM, POS, and mobile payments networks worldwide.
