Dax Networks, the networking companies, has launched DX-372DVP-A, an IP camera for multi-location surveillance. This 2 megapixel camera delivers HD quality (1600×1200) video images and is also suited for surveillance within the campus or premises. This vandal-proof and IP66 weather-proof rated camera comes with an audio port allowing two-way communication. The camera has 3GPP support for streaming in 3G mobile phones or any RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) compatible multimedia software.

It supports H.264 and optional MJPEG dual streaming up to 30 Frames per Second (FPS) for all video resolutions to provide high quality and bandwidth efficient compression formats, thus delivering greater file integrity. DX-372DVP-A has 1/3” CMOS Sensor and 3D noise reduction technology. This POE (Power over Ethernet) enabled Dome camera supports infrared illuminator to deliver clear images in a dark environment up to a distance of 15 meters.

Dax DX-372DVP-A has a built-in web browser that enables easy configuration and management. It offers advanced and intelligent motion detection, alarm and email notifications. The camera has SD card slot supports up to 32 GB with multiple storage profiles.
