Through the atom platform, Datacomp will be able to speed up the current payment processing system as well as provide a new payment mechanism to its customers. This platform will also provide an EMI option to financial intermediaries for renewal or purchase of software. The payment system will prompt the user to enter the credit card details on the phone’s keypad to accomplish the transaction in a secure environment.

“Datacomp has a distribution network spread across urban and rural cities and towns. With the atom tie-up, we will be able to offer our customers an easy payment mechanism and EMI facility via the mobiole medium. This increases the affordability factor of the customer and also helps us capitalise on product enquiries and convert them to sales. The convenience and security offered by the atom solution have been major factors in influencing our decision to embrace the m-payment technology solution for our customers,” said Madhu Awatramani, managing director, Datacomp Web Technologies.

“Our on-field customer executives can now complete the software renewal transactions immediately resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction,” added Awatramani.
