CosmoCom announced that VSNL has been offering a Contact Centre On-Demand service named InstaCC based on its CosmoCall Universe platform.
CosmoCall Universe supports all contact channels, including telephone, email, web chat, web voice, web video, web collaboration and voicemail. The unified contact centre suite includes call routing, IVR, CTI, and outbound preview, predictive dialing, multimedia recording and reporting and administrative tools.
