Symantec Introduces Encryption Specialisation For Partners

Symantec has announced the Encryption Solutions Specialisation, which provides Symantec partners with a demonstrated expertise in Symantec Encryption solutions with benefits designed to help increase their competitive advantage, improve recognition by customers and drive more revenue. Symantec partners achieve the Encryption Solutions Specialisation by completing sales and technical accreditation for Symantec’s encryption products, including PGP Encryption and Symantec Endpoint Encryption. The launch of this Specialisation marks the full integration of PGP Corporation and GuardianEdge Technologies Inc. channel partners into the Symantec Partner Program.

Partners who achieve Symantec’s newest Specialisation will have greater access to Symantec sales and technical resources to help them accelerate the sales cycle, as well as financial incentives, tailored promotions, tools and access to the Symantec Opportunity Registration Program.

The Encryption Solutions Specialisation requires that partners attain sales and technical accreditations, which ensures they have a deep expertise in selling and deploying Symantec Encryption solutions. Partners who achieve this new Specialisation will be enabled to more effectively deliver solutions to help customers improve management, reduce costs and control information risk associated with storing and managing their unstructured information.
