Are you hounded by brokers while renewing your rental agreement or are unable to take a weekday off to get the lease made?
Well your troubles could be over.
Online property firm Housing.com, which last week added a home loan application platform that offered personalised solutions, exact EMI, interest rate and the approved loan amount based on parameters like income, profession, geography, age and marital status, has now launched a new service that helps people create and customise property agreementsonline.
All you have to is create the agreement by filling in details and specifying the terms and clauses such as those relating to parking, lock-in, furnishing etc, following which Housing.com will do all the paperwork and deliver the rental agreement to your house.
Once the agreement is complete with the necessary information, Housing.in would verify the same with the tenant and landlord, get the e-stamp paper and then deliver the agreement within 48 hours. The company charges a fee of Rs 75 besides the cost of stamp paper and taxes.
Housing.com had raised Rs 115 crore in funding from Helion Venture Partners, Quancomm Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners in June this year.
The company currently claims to have mapped over 80,000 houses in Mumbai and 50,000 in Bangalore, with a presence in 25 cities across the country including Pune, Jaipur, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Surat, Chennai and Delhi among others. As of now, the home delivery arrangement is in Bangalore only, which will be spread to Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, in the next three months.
Housing.com was the first online real estate company in the country to launch its in-house data science lab in 2012.
The portal focuses on lifestyle rating, locality scores, connectivity scores, child friendliness index and price heat maps across categories, including rentals, resale, paying guest accommodation and new projects across 40 cities.
