Telsima's Strategy for Scaling Up Market Penetration In APAC

Telsima has unveiled its strategy of scaling up its market penetration in the APAC market through its two product lines StarMAX and TelsiNex.

Telsima's Strategy for Scaling Up Market Penetration In APAC

Telsima, a provider of wireless broadband and voice compression solutions, has unveiled its strategy of scaling up its market penetration in the APAC market through its two product lines StarMAX and TelsiNex.

As Protip Ghose, VP, Sales and Marketing, Telsima, informs, “Telsima is committed towards enhancing broadband penetration in low penetration markets. We believe that WiMAX is certainly the technology that will meet the broadband needs of the APAC region. We also believe that the business model and product innovations that have enabled us to provide winning solutions in India can be quickly replicated in these countries as the operator/user challenges and requirements are essentially similar.”

Telsima’s StarMAX line of carrier grade WiMAX solutions for BWA has a product range that targets operators seeking standards based, quick time-to-market solutions for enterprise and residential customers.

Telsima is also confident that TelsiNex will deepen its penetration in APAC. S K Jain, director, Sales, Telsima, said, “Our DCME Product line TelsiNex, developed and manufactured in India, can carry 16 E1s on one E1 bearer with excellent voice quality having an MOS greater than 3.9 under full load. TelsiNex is being used by all tier-1 telecom operators in India and by many operators in APAC, Africa and Latin America. We are confident that TelsiNex will continue serving the APAC market and deepen its penetration in the years to come.”
