An enterprise mobility solutions specialist has launched a powerful and easy-to-use voice solution - Broadcast One. With an insightful User Interface that has been designed according to user behaviour, and a host of other features, this platform enables smooth voice clip broadcast by an organisation or government body to its target audience, employees or associates.

The features of BroadcastOne include call connect, which maps the call to a set of pre-defined executives’ mobile number, hence allowing the customer to speak to a representative when he/she presses a button.

It also allows customers to use the voice campaign to collect insightful input and feedback from customers/recipients and view the comprehensive report on the UI. Call recipients can also opt for a call-back from a representative by just entering a keystroke.
