BSNL has selected Dilithium solutions for the deployment of new mobile video and streaming services over 2G and 3G networks. BSNL South Zone will deploy 3G Live TV and other video services.
Dilithium offers mobile video infrastructure solutions that enable multimedia services from any network to any device. Dilithium has partnered with Huawei Technologies in BSNL South Zone to provide end-to-end delivery solutions for BSNL’s live mobile video services. The solution includes the Dilithium DTG 3021 multimedia gateway and the DCA content adaptation and video streaming solution, enabling two-way video calling and other advanced video services.
“It has been an honor to work in another BSNL Zone to bring mobile video solutions to the India market,” said Prabhat Kumar Bhagvandas, vice president and general manager of India Operations, Dilithium. “Our ability to provide end-to-end solutions for both circuit-switched and packet-switched video makes us a good fit for BSNL’s requirements.”
