Berger Paints Adopts Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Berger Paints India Limited (BPIL), the paint company recently deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution to boost business productivity, deliver key insights and improve efficiency in operations. The implementation will lead to enhanced customer satisfaction, improved dealer engagement and higher return on investment.

The requirement of Berger Paints for a CRM solution was to support its centralised call centre operations and in turn, improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
