Bank of Baroda, HP Partner For Banking Transformation

HP and Bank of Baroda (BoB) have been working together through an Enterprise IT agreement to support its banking transformation. This is helping the bank to support its rapid expansion plans, streamline its operations and utilise emerging technologies to deliver innovative new services.
As part of its ongoing transformation initiative, BoB is looking to improve time to market, streamline business operations and better leverage customer intelligence to provide customised services. The bank selected HP for this transformation, including the assessment and refresh of the bank’s applications and IT infrastructure.

HP will provide application modernisation services and business intelligence to support new business services. HP consulting services will map out the datacentre transformation, utilising HP Converged Infrastructure. This includes server, storage and networking, supported by HP Mission Critical Support. HP will also a roll out a new mobile banking solution platform allowing customers to access banking services through mobile devices.
