As part of its global enterprise capital program, AT&T has launched a customer briefing centre in Singapore to showcase the latest in global IP services and solutions to businesses and multinational customers. The Singapore CBC will also provide customers with a live environment to test and evaluate their AT&T-based services.
According to Collis Loh, country general manager, AT&T Singapore, “Singapore is an important regional and global network hub for AT&T and we will continue to invest and grow our operations in the country. The new CBC will allow customers to test and deploy new innovations and solutions from AT&T, as well as tap into our in-house engineering expertise – within a purpose-built environment.”
The Singapore Customer Briefing Centre would enable AT&T to showcase its technologies and services on a live proof-of-concept global network. Customers will be able to observe the quality and performance of AT&T’s services such as voice, video and data over MPLS, disaster recovery, and network based firewall services.
In addition to hosting the customer briefing centre in the Asia Pacific region, Singapore has also become the main service and support hub for the region with multi-lingual, 24x7 helpdesk support.
