Using the SAP NetWeaver technology platform and SAP Business Suite, Asian Paints has developed an IT landscape enabling the company to create composite applications that orchestrate new business processes across system and company boundaries.
Asian Paints took advantage of enterprise SOA and the SAP NetWeaver platform to leverage existing SAP solutions including SAP ERP, SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence and SAP Customer Relationship Management. Combining data in these systems through SAP NetWeaver enabled the company to reconfigure solutions to meet business pressures, add enhancements and provide access to customer information to build new models and loyalty programmes.
