Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services has partnered with Google to provide easy accessibility for its customers on various tools of Google. The partnership will bring web based services to the broadband internet customers, including web based queries, 2GB storage along with spam filter and other internet security services, on demand gaming instant messaging through Google Talk and other Google applications such as docs and spreadsheets.
According to Atul Bindal, president, Airtel Broadband and Telephone Services, “To bring innovative products to our customers and new internet experiences, we signed the partnership with Google. Our rich and differentiated services and content with the help of Google will drive the adoption of broadband in India. With this partnership we are moving a step ahead on our three screen philosophy where we target meeting the infotainment needs of our consumers on the screens of his TV, PC and mobile.”

The customers will get the option to personalise their Internet start page. The customisable portal will make it easy for customers to access their email, search the web, share ideas, connect with friends and publish content.
