AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company has implemented AWD as its business process management solution. The implementation of DST Global Solutions’ AWD is designed to enable automation of client recording processes, life insurance procedures and other significant process improvements.
AEGON Religare Life Insurance is a joint venture between AEGON Group and Religare in India. The company decided to use AWD to help it provide outstanding levels of customer service to its clients in India. The roll-out is designed to assist AEGON Religare Life Insurance to reduce manual processes and maximise productivity. AWD also will help AEGON Religare Life Insurance in its goal to expand its operations in India through the implementation of branch offices throughout the country.
Srinivasan Iyengar, director-IT & Operations of AEGON Religare Life Insurance, said, “This new aspect of the implementation allows us to further standardise our business processes across offices, helping us to maintain quality and customer satisfaction. With this phase of the implementation complete, DST Global Solutions’ AWD will provide us with a solid platform for growth while maintaining the customer service standards we have built till date.”
