10 things the Government should ban instead of #IndiasDaughter

We’ve been hearing the word “ban” very often in the past week, from beef to the controversial BBC documentary. To a point where there are active discussions about what is going to be banned next:

However, the world would be a more lovely place if we could impose bans on the following things: 1. Moral Police Recently it was announced by the Hindu Mahasabha that if anyone posts “I love you” on Facebook, they would be married off. A lot of outrage on the web apart, some people decided to announce their love for celebrities so that a marriage would be in order.

Bursting crackers on Diwali is bad enough, but we need to stop lighting phooljadis when India wins against UAE. Give the environment a break, and celebrate by eating a cupcake. 6. Fraaandship requests 2001 called. It wants the extra a’s back. I can’t be your friend just because you said, “hey nyc pic.”   7. Plastic Some states have banned the use of plastic bags but we still use so much plastic in our daily lives. From bottles, to magazine covers to screen guards, literally everything is made of plastic. 8. KRK on twitter He’s sleazy, creepy and annoying on twitter and make unnecessary sexual jibes at female celebrities. He’s the real threat, because he’s also slightly delusional.

9. Waiting for the day when a dark-skinned girl isn’t considered an anomaly. 10. Smelly snacks on flights and trains If you’re one of those who like to carry a snack while travelling, know that anything with eggs, garlic and salted oil with stink up the entire place. Snack carefully. (and don’t litter)
