An unverified Twitter account - @IndianMujahidin - which claims to be the official handle of terror group Indian Mujahideen, has claimed responsibility for the Bodh Gaya blasts that took place early morning of 7 July. The account, which seems to have been created a little before the serial blasts, first tweeted that its next target would be Mumbai, in seven days. “Hamara Agla Target Mumbai Hai, Rock Sago To Rock Lo 7days Left”. AP[/caption] While the handle claims it is the official account of the IM, it had just 12 followers when this report was published, and these were the only two tweets. According to a report in the Hindustan Times, the account was created in Canada and the NIA are probing its authenticity. The daily quotes a senior NIA official as saying: “Each and every terror threat in the country is thoroughly probed, though almost all of them turn out to be fake or a prank.”
