Race 3, which is the third installment of the successful action-thriller franchise, is one of the most awaited films of 2018. Speaking to the publication, Taurani said, “I have worked with Bobby earlier and both Soldier and Naqaab were a great experience. He is an absolute delight to work with, very professional and a really nice guy. He will be styled differently in the film and you will see him in a never-seen- before avatar.” However, he didn’t divulge any information about Deol’s character in the film. “In Race, all characters are grey. You will have to watch the film to figure out what exactly each one is playing,” adds the Bollywood producer. Race 3 is being directed by choreographer-turned-filmmaker Remo D’Souza. The actors, Khan, Fernandez and now Deol, are expected to start their preparations for the film soon. The Mirror report further adds that a major part of the film will be shot in the Gulf in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The action sequences for the film are speculated to kick-off this November. There are also plans to rejig the title track of Race featuring the new lead actors, adds Mirror’s report. Race 3 will reportedly also feature other actors, apart from the three mentioned above. There are speculations that Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi, Sidharth Malhotra , Vicky Kaushal and Sooraj Pancholi have been considered to be cast in the film. However, Taurani refutes any such speculations saying that the names of other actors in the film will be announced later when the cast is confirmed.
It’s official. Bobby Deol will be a part of Race 3 starring Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and directed by Remo D’souza.
